Open Outlook Express
Click on the Tools menu
Then click on the accounts menu
Click the ADD button then scroll to Mail

Type The Name you would like to display then click next.

Specify I already have an e-mail address
Enter the e-mail address then click next

Incoming
Mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: mail.zid.com
Be
sure that My incoming mail server is a is set to mail.[yourdomain].com.
- The Incoming mail
(POP3) server field should read mail.zid.com
- The Outgoing mail
(SMTP) server field should read mail.zid.com
- Make sure user
name is entered (username@zid.com. ) is entered in the Account Name
field
- re-enter your
email account password (which is cAsE sEnSiTiVe). When entered, the
password is displayed as a series of asterisks (****), and you can set
Outlook to remember your password if you don't want to type it in every
time you check for new messages)
- Ensure the Log
On Using Secure Password Authentication box is not checked.
- Outgoing Mail(SMTP)
server: mail.zid.com.
. Then click next.

Enter
Username and Password and check remember password.
Your user name is what is in front of the @ in your email address. Eg
support@zid.com , the user name would be support..
Click next.

Click finish and you account is ready to be used.
