Depending on your choice of plan, 1 , 2, or unlimited Email responders are available to you. What these do is send an automatic Email response back to anyone that sends mail to the responder that you set up. E-mail forwarding allows for an e-mail address at your domain name (i.e. you@your_name.com) to be immediately rerouted to another e-mail address, such as you@earthlink.net. You can have e-mail automatically forwarded to any POP3 account whether it is at Earthlink, Netcom, or an account as described above.

Each account has a directory with the log file for the Web site. You can use any of the available Stats packages to analysis and re-cap the traffic to your site.

For the Professional and Corporate packages, you have access to a virtual FTP server. You can store files or other information and have users access via your own ftp address (e.g.: ftp.your-domain.com)
