We provide web hosting, high-speed DSL and dial-up Internet access, wireless Internet access, domain name registrations services, e-commerce, and web site design services. Our clients include major Canadian banks, insurance companies, universities, municipal governments, airlines, non-governmental agencies, as well as thousands of small and medium businesses and residential clients.
Our clients are located mainly in North America, but we also have clients in the Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.

We are a real service provider, owning all the hardware, servers, and our data center so we can provide our clients the best service, with out having to rely on 3rd parties to maintain and service equipment.

ZiD operates its multi-homed data centre with multiple fibre optic links using both ATM and SONNET typology. Our data centre uses BGP to ensure that data traffic is routed to the best link and provides fault tolerance in case of upstream problems. The data center is protected with UPS and generator power back up that has passed major outages with minimal impact on our clients. We also implement several different firewalls to ensure that our servers are protected and available.

Our company also has deployed wireless Internet networks in the Eastern Townships and South Shore, Quebec. We offer wireless broadband and WI-FI links up to 48 Mpbs in these regions.

We are proud members of both Canadian Association Internet Providers (CAIP) ,the American Association of Service Providers (AASP), and the Wireless Internet Service Provider Association (WISPA). Our membership and adherence to the membership regulations assures our clients that we follow the best practices and provide service and support that meets and more often than not, exceeds industry standards.

ZiD Internet is also well known for its domain registration services. We are a certified registrar for .CA domain by Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). We are ranked as a top ten registrar in Canada by the independent website, cadomain.com. ZiD is also affiliated with a top 5 ICANN registrar for .com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz domains.
